The Human Resource Leadership Forum of Southern New England is the premier association and network of senior human resource executives and thought leaders in the North East.

Our approach is to enable our members to:

• Stay current with practices in the Human Resource field by facilitating connection and collaboration with fellow members of the Human Resource community.
• Creating and maintaining information on the Internet that is of value to that community.
• Provide continuous learning in Human Resources by creating and disseminating relevant publications, and by becoming more involved in strategic research on Human Resource practices.
• To Network with key leaders in the area, and understand the culture of companies and differences among them.
• Provide information, networking, and referrals to people who are training and consulting in this field.
• Form alliances with like- minded organizations, in order to build a stronger human resource executive leadership community in the markets we serve.
• Offer educational programs and services to individuals and organizations, and engage in other activities related to educating the public about effectively developing high performing workforce and human resources best practices.
