Qualifications
HRLEADERS-SNE is a membership organization. Successful candidates
for membership in HRLEADERS-SNE
should:
- be senior practitioners with broad
influence within and across their
organizations.
- be
employed at the top 2-3 layers of organizational leadership in HR or a
related function.
- have
been demonstrably successful at aligning HR with business outcomes, and
have strong relationships with senior business
leaders.

What do you get for your membership
fee?
- $395 provides outstanding educational sessions over the program year
(January to December), prorated to $195 if applying for half-year membership from
July 1st-December 31st.
- Each program session offers ample opportunities to network and problem solve
with senior-level HR colleagues in a relaxed setting.
- The opportunity to bring a guest to an HRLEADERS-SNE program once
each year free.
- The option to send a colleague in your place to any HRLEADERS-SNE
program session free.
- Access to speaker information and presentation materials, including
PowerPoint presentations from past HRLEADERS-SNE programs covering hot topics
and other areas of interest to our members.
- Membership in the HRLEADERS-SNE Online Community - a discussion
bulletin board to connect our members and their concerns and questions.
- Discounted registration for HR Leadership Forum (HRLEADERS-SNE)
meetings and conferences and access to the HRLEADERS-SNE affiliates Web
site. This site includes a members-only Resource Library containing notes and
presentation materials for all affiliate meetings and conferences and a direct
link to the Syndicated Research Group’s human capital strategies library.
- Access to contact information for fellow HRLEADERS-SNE members and
organizations. All individual and organizational membership information
is strictly confidential and is to be used only for HRLEADERS-SNE purposes and
member-to-member support. Use of this information for vendor or other
non-HRLEADERS-SNE Board approved solicitation is
prohibited.
